Payment confirms the Employer's intention to proceed with the application for the selected helper. Payment does not guarantee successful placement, as deployment remains subject to medical fitness, regulatory approvals, the helper's continued availability and willingness to proceed, and other factors beyond the control of R.C Employment Pte. Ltd.
Fees paid are non-refundable. Where the selected helper is unable to proceed with the placement, R.C Employment Pte. Ltd. will provide a replacement helper in accordance with the applicable replacement terms and conditions.
This invoice has been prepared for the prospective employer of Annisah. Employer particulars will be obtained through the application process.

Submission of Form
Employer completes and submits the R.C Employment Pte. Ltd. application form, together with the required information and supporting documents.
Authorisation
Employer grants R.C Employment Pte. Ltd. the required authorisation through MOM's FDW eService.

Payment
Payment of the applicable fees to R.C Employment Pte. Ltd.
Application Submission
R.C Employment Pte. Ltd. will submit the MDW application once the Employer's authorisation has been successfully granted.
Medical Examination in Indonesia
Helper attends the required medical examination in Indonesia, where applicable.
Medical Results
Medical examination results are expected to be available during this period.
Exit Preparation
Preparation and processing of the Helper's required exit documentation.
Entry into Singapore
Helper travels to Singapore, subject to completion of the required pre-entry processes and travel arrangements.
Singapore Medical Examination & SIP
Helper completes the required medical examination in Singapore and Settling-In Programme (SIP), where applicable.
Issuance of Work Permit
R.C Employment Pte. Ltd. proceeds with the issuance of the Helper's Work Permit upon completion of the applicable requirements.
MOM Registration
Completion of the applicable MOM registration and related formalities.
Contract Signing & Deployment
Employment and agency-related contracts may be signed remotely during this period. Deployment will take place after completion of the required MOM registration and formalities.

The timeline is an estimate and may vary depending on MOM processing, medical results, overseas documentation, travel arrangements, SIP availability (where applicable), public holidays and other circumstances outside the control of R.C Employment Pte.
