To help us and the helper understand your household requirements and what will be expected of her before she agrees to the employment, we require a clear and accurate description of the job scope.

We believe every helper should understand the household environment and duties she is agreeing to. From our experience, misunderstandings may arise when the actual duties or household arrangements differ from what was communicated beforehand. Being transparent from the outset helps both employer and helper make an informed decision and reduces the likelihood of misunderstandings or unnecessary transfers.

We therefore appreciate employers providing complete and accurate information about the household and the duties expected of the helper.
