Payment confirms the Employer's intention to proceed with the application for the selected helper. Payment does not guarantee successful placement, as deployment remains subject to medical fitness, regulatory approvals, the helper's continued availability and willingness to proceed, and other factors beyond the control of R.C Employment Pte. Ltd.
Fees paid are non-refundable, except where a refund is required under applicable law. Where the selected helper is unable to proceed with the placement, R.C Employment Pte. Ltd. will provide replacement assistance in accordance with the applicable replacement terms and conditions.
The quoted placement fee is based on Melati's successful transfer under MOM's approved transfer arrangement.
Her intended commencement date is January to mid-February 2027, subject to MOM approval, IPA validity or extension, eligibility for re-entry into Singapore and completion of the applicable formalities.
If Melati is unable to re-enter Singapore under the approved transfer IPA and an alternative application arrangement is required, the placement fee may differ from the amount currently quoted.
Any revised placement fee and applicable charges will be communicated to the Employer for acceptance before proceeding with the alternative arrangement.
All other invoice terms and conditions remain unchanged.
This invoice has been prepared for the prospective employer of Melati Bunga Lelang. Employer particulars will be obtained through the application process.
Estimated Application & Deployment Timeline

01 Submission of Form
Employer submits the completed R.C Employment Pte. Ltd. application form together with the required information and supporting documents.
02 Payment
Payment of the applicable fees to R.C Employment Pte. Ltd.
03 Authorisation
Employer grants R.C Employment Pte. Ltd. the required authorisation through MOM's FDW eService.

04 MOM Transfer Application
R.C Employment Pte. Ltd. submits Melati's transfer application while her existing Work Permit remains valid and she is physically present in Singapore, subject to the required consent and MOM conditions.
MOM Approval & IPA
MOM processes the transfer application. Upon approval, an In-Principle Approval (IPA) will be issued, subject to the applicable conditions and validity period.
IPA Extension Request
Where necessary, R.C Employment Pte. Ltd. will request an extension of the IPA to accommodate Melati's intended commencement date. Any extension is subject to MOM's approval and the applicable transfer conditions.
Existing Work Permit Cancellation
Cancellation of Melati's existing Work Permit will be coordinated with the current employer in accordance with MOM's requirements. The effect of cancellation on the approved transfer and IPA validity must be confirmed before proceeding.
Confirmation of IPA Re-entry Eligibility
R.C Employment Pte. Ltd. will seek confirmation that Melati may return to Singapore using the approved transfer IPA following cancellation of her existing Work Permit. Re-entry under the transfer IPA is subject to MOM and immigration requirements and is not guaranteed by an IPA extension alone.
Entry into Singapore
Subject to approval of the applicable entry arrangements, Melati is expected to return to Singapore in January or mid-February 2027 for commencement of employment with the new employer.
Medical Examination, if Required
Melati completes any medical examination required for Work Permit issuance.
Insurance Procurement
Upon confirmation of the applicable approval and employment arrangements, R.C Employment Pte. Ltd. proceeds with procurement of the required MDW insurance.
Insurance Transmission to MOM
The required insurance details are transmitted to MOM for the subsequent Work Permit issuance process.
Issuance of Work Permit
R.C Employment Pte. Ltd. proceeds with issuance of Melati's new Work Permit upon completion of the applicable MOM, medical and insurance requirements.
Booking of MOM Card Registration, if Required
An appointment for MOM card registration will be arranged where required.
MOM Card Registration
Melati attends the required MOM card registration appointment, where applicable.
Remote Contract Signing & Deployment
Employment and agency-related contracts will be signed remotely. Deployment will take place upon completion of the required MOM card registration, where applicable, and all other necessary formalities.
Important
This is a special transfer arrangement. The proposed timeline and commencement date are subject to MOM approval, IPA validity or extension, confirmation of re-entry eligibility and completion of all applicable requirements. An IPA extension does not automatically guarantee eligibility for re-entry following cancellation of the existing Work Permit.
If Melati is unable to return to Singapore using the approved transfer IPA, an alternative application arrangement may be required, subject to MOM approval. Placement fees may differ from those applicable to a local transfer helper. Any revised fees will be communicated to the Employer before proceeding.
All processing periods are estimates based on working days. Actual completion may vary depending on MOM processing, IPA extension approval, immigration requirements, medical results, insurance processing, appointment availability, public holidays and other circumstances outside the control of R.C Employment Pte. Ltd.
