MOM will send an email to the Employer requesting authorisation for R.C Employment Pte. Ltd. to proceed with the renewal-related transaction. Please complete the authorisation through MOM's FDW eService.
This renewal option does not include the preparation, review or signing of an employment contract between the Employer and the existing MDW.
MOM encourages employers and MDWs to have an employment contract setting out their mutually agreed employment terms. By selecting this option, the Employer is opting to proceed with the renewal without contract preparation by R.C Employment Pte. Ltd.
A new MOM Safety Agreement is generally not required when renewing the employment of an existing MDW. Where there has been a change in residential address, dwelling type, window-cleaning requirements or other relevant safety arrangements, the Employer should review whether an updated Safety Agreement is appropriate.
If you require R.C Employment Pte. Ltd. to prepare and facilitate the updated Safety Agreement, please select the renewal option with contracts.
Renewal remains subject to MOM's prevailing requirements, eligibility criteria and approval. The Employer is responsible for ensuring that the agreed employment terms with the MDW are clearly understood by both parties where contract preparation is not included in the selected renewal service.
