If the MDW stays for fewer than 30 days, any unused prepaid lodging days will be refunded to the Employer at $30.00 per unused day.
Example: If $900.00 has been paid and the MDW stays for 15 days,
the actual lodging charge will be $450.00 and the remaining
$450.00 will be refunded to the Employer.
Important
Lodging is charged based on the MDW's actual period of stay at $30.00 per day, subject to a maximum prepaid period of 30 days. Any unused prepaid lodging amount will be refunded accordingly.
